Product Specification

Fourbin feeder is made from M.S. Plates and mounted on robust chassis. Each bin has independent conveyor belt & is driven be synchronised variable speed D.C. motor coupled with hollow shaft gear box for feeding the aggregate at a uniform and predetermined rate through a precision adjustable bin quadrant gate. A continuous type electronic belt weigher (Load cell) is mounted on gathering conveyor for weighing the aggregate fed into drum which gives signals to bitumen pump for proportional supply of bitumen. The gathering conveyor is driven bt A.C. motor coupled with reduction gear box.
