Trowel M900
Matrix trowel M900 equipped with
electric motor is high efficient, light weight machine used for floating and
trowelling concrete surfaces.
The machine is operated at the speed of
120 rpm with a view of obtaining desired output and required finish.
The motor is connected to a gear box
which is specially designed for being compact in size and light in weight.
A remarkable feature of M900 trowel is
the safety grip. The operator hold this safety grip during the operation of the
machine and the moment it relaxes it, the machine instantly stops working and
thereby the safety of machine as well as the operator is ensured.
The handle is compact for increasing
the mobility and can also be adjusted in accordance with the operators height
to provide optimal convenience .
There are four blades provided for
trowelling. It is vital to control the blade angle for obtaining fine finish.
It is possible to alter the blade angle
with the blade angle knob provided on handle while the machine is working.
One special feature of trowelling
blades are that they are being made reversible and consequently provide double
service life.
A special attachment has been provided
in the machine to use the trowel disk if needed.
The machine is fully powder - coated.
