DEWATERING VACUUM PUMP
With the help of this system it is
possible to reduce the water cement ratio from the concrete by 15 to 20 percent
which greatly increases the compressive strength of the concrete.
By lowering the water cement ratio
the problems of shrinkage and cracking are reduced to the maximum, and other
properties of the concrete are also taken care of.
It gives the maximum compressive
strength at the top of the dewatered slab.
This method involves the dewatering of
concrete by vaccum process. The extra or surplus water from the concrete is
removed after vibrations , reducing the water cement ratio and increases the
compatibility of concrete.
The pump is of compact design to get
the maximum output.
The pump is mounted on a trolley which
is specially designed to be compact for easy mobility. Also, the trolley can be
rotated at complete 90 degrees very easily.
